EZ Moving coordinated a synchronized Office-to-Warehouse flow. Our industrial crew managed the heavy-duty disassembly of the 10,000 SF racking system while our
labor only moving services team handled the disassembly and reassembly of the 27 cubicle stations. By managing these two distinct scopes under one project manager, we were able to ensure that as the office furniture was being reassembled, the warehouse racks were being anchored. We also utilized our expertise in commercial warehousing and storage to manage the logistics of the transition without losing a single day of productivity.
